Upcoming Events - January 2018 (December 2017)

December:

 Attack of the Shapeshifters (15th of December-28th of December) 
First trial run for everyone! Mark this date in your calendar and prepare your army, every soldier counts! Do not forget to share your feedback about Attack of the shapeshifters event during the first trial!

 Royal Quest (18th of December-3rd of January)


January:
 Ice Championship (9th of January-5th of February)
 Samurai Invasion (2nd-6th of January)
 War of the Realms  (6th-9th of January)
 Nomad Invasion & Khan's Revenge (9th-13th of January)
 War of the Bloodcrows (13th-16th of January)
 Samurai Invasion (16th-20th of January)
 War of the Realms (20th-24rd of January)
 The Battle for Berimond (21th-24rd of January)
 Nomad Invasion (NO Khan's Revenge) (24d-28th of January)
 War of the Bloodcrows (28th of January-2nd of February)

Some changes to the events schedule are still possible. We will let you know if any adjustments are necessary.

The plan is to release the update on 12th of December 2017. But as always, do not take this as guaranteed, be aware of possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances.


Server move: 

IMPORTANT!

With the release of this update we will also move all our servers. This will give us more flexibility in order to act faster and more efficiently in the event of performance or hardware issues in the future.

This move is planned in the early morning (CET) and will end in the afternoon (CET), so expect the downtime to last approximately 6-8 hours. Please, prepare yourself before the move and try to avoid using the long term point event booster or any other boosters during this period of time, as we will not be able to compensate losses incurred during this period.

All servers are affected!

During the downtime it won't be possible to log in or play the game, but food consumption will be frozen for the entire length of the downtime. Please use this early announcement to prepare yourself and don't forget to inform your alliance members about it!

Due to the complex nature of the maintenance, we would like to be sure that the move will go smoothly. As a result we have rescheduled our event plan as following:
 Nomad Invasion & Khan's Revenge will end on 12th of December, instead of 13th. 
 War of the Bloodcrows will start on 12th after the move is over (12th-16th of December)
 The Battle for Berimond will run twice in December between 12th-15th of December and between 29th of December-2nd of January.

To compensate the loss of a day in the Khan's revenge event, we will hold the Khan's revenge again at the end of the month, instead of Nomad Invasion (NO Khan's Revenge):
 Nomad Invasion & Khan's Revenge (23th-28th of December)


We will also provide a small compensation package for all servers due to the running War of the Bloodcrows event and some ongoing attacks. Unfortunately, we cannot switch off the attacks during this period of time, but we also want to check this event to be sure you can experience our game, as well as this event, with no further problems. The package is tailored to compensate the losses due to these attacks and looks as follows:

Level 10-70+

500 Veteran Flamebearer
500 Veteran Composite Bowman
20000 hidden food
1 VIP point (for tracking reasons)

This package will be deployed once the servers are online and you will have 24 hours from then on to grab it. Bearing in mind the purpose of this package, our customer support won't compensate further for issues regarding this topic.

Hey everyone,

Things are looking good with the server move so far - we're still testing everything to see if we have any issues, but generally it seems pretty good so far.

The maintenance screen will no longer be present - but you won't be able to connect to the game - don't worry, this is intended.

We are getting reports of very varying issues, Most of them can be fixed by clearing your cache and refreshing the page, you can see how to do this in this thread if you don't know already.

However, the following issues are known issues which we are currently working on fixing:

Hey everyone,

Two of the bugs mentioned above - The Hall of Legend Bonuses and the watermark overlay on top of station troops have now both been fixed without a downtime - you just need to refresh the game.
