We would like to alert you to a scam which has been going around on some servers.

Many of you have received or read the following in-game message:

This is a scam and works as follows: 

⦁ This person will send you a manipulated screen photo (not screenshot) of our shop with cheap prices. 

⦁ He will then try to get you to buy as much as possible, telling you: the more you buy, the greater the discount.

⦁ Once you agree on a value, he will provide you with a Paypal Email for you to send him money.

⦁ Once the payment is done, you are told to wait 3-15 minutes for the rubies.

This wait will be eternal, since you will never get anything. Considering the payment is done through the “send money to family and friends” in Paypal, you will not be able to open a dispute and recover the money and Paypal will not help you, since the feature is for “family & friends” only.

Goodgame Studios will naturally act against these types of scams but we cannot represent the users who may have lost money, so we recommend that you always press charges.

Please keep in mind that these types of offers are either scams to get your money, steal your account or gather your personal data. If you get such offers, please report them.
