Answer: Yes for those events we definitely need new rewards. The idea was to tackle those events and make them more attractive, while still keeping their base idea. But this means a lot of effort. That's why we also want to ask for your feedback as a community: When those events are running, would it be an improvement, if the rewards are renewed/exchanged or do you want something completely new in them
Just play underworld as is while working on them. Think people would still love to get cavies.............
I'd be happiest if they left the old rewards available, but like at the bottom of the list or sth, and added some nice 5-piece sets. But that's just my opinion.

Answer: That's technically possible, but design-wise one would have to again think about, how the whole cancellation would work out. Regarding a follow up question, if it's possible to prolong it from 6 hours to 12 hours, in order to celebrate a feast overnight: Yeah, we could do that, but it would also be more expensive.
yes there should be some solutions to this, possibility to cancel would be great and also much longer feast would be pretty good idea. I like both ideas.[4917946]

17 you didnt understand the question. the problem is that we get many different kinds of troops from the long-term-events and they acctually are just the same troops but different looking, and samething with tools,after few events we have a really long list of different looking tools and troops what to choose from when making the attack and it takes time to scroll over all the different looking troops and tools, which acctually are all the same. of course every player likes to get troops for free.Cotewa (GB1) said:

The answer doesn't seem to fit. Gaining troops through events is sometimes unwanted, but a welcome move for others.
In terms of implementing new things, that's perfectly reasonable, but for some of us it's more important to have current issues fixed rather than new things implemented on a monthly basis.

Nomads is easier to compete in now, if you have the resources. I do agree especially with the removal of skips that that's a big problem and really has considerably slowed down progress for any player who isn't already done building.

Part of the problem with skips is that GGE make it deliberatly difficult to to play. I can only imagine in the hope you will use a higher level skip.
All it really does is make the mechanics clunky and horrible and make an operation that should be 1 click into 3 or 4 clicks, they clearly believe that making it deliberaly difficult will mean you spend more money. How on earth they believe it can be good for the game making you click so many times for a simple operation. is beyond me.
For example why does everything you build / cooldown etc etc. Never fall under a nice easy skip denomination?
For example skipping sams, takes 1.5 hr cooldown, so to skip a camp you need to click 1 hr, then click left to scroll the screen across so it shows the 30 min skip then click the 30 min skip. thats 3 times the number of operations it should take. But becasue GGE want you to be lazy and use up a 5 hr skip to do a 1.5 hr operation, they are building in efficiencies into their game on purpose to "p" us off so badly make it so clunky and horrible that we use waste skips.
Why not have a very simple option something like a tickbox that will automatically use the lowest denomination skips? or have a smart Ai system that will automatically use a 1 hr skip and a 30 min skip!!! back to 1 click, back to efficient design. Make the interface user friendly. minimising player wasted time and effort, making simple tasks simple!
Better still stop using stupid skip times, in the first place and make em the same time as the skips you can get.
It might seem a small thing but when you made a game that involves hundreds if not thousands of repetitive clicks, to play it, these things make a massive difference. On the one hand half your updates are making tiny changes to the GUI / screen layout / mechanics etc, to try and make the layout more user friendly, make stuff easier to do, yet not with skips, oh no, you go out of your way to make them use the most click possible unless you use a vastly over powered skip of course in which case its nice and easy.

I'd agree with Phil on this. If you use the truck and trailer / train approach it requires a high level of coordination to maximise the number of hits you can make bringing the camp back online rapidly to avoid wasted attacks. Over the duration of an event for the players competing at the top that is challenging. For players with physical limitations it seems a little unfair. Essentially the more hits you can send the more likely you are to win so a preset there to save time would be helpful to even the playing field. It also might keep players playing longer as it is frankly difficult to focus high level hits for the amount of time required to win for most players. This applies to Sam and Nomads more than other events.
I'm not entirely sure we can as a result of the changes classify Shapeshifters as an event now. It is ridiculous that players are sending attacks of minimum number of troops and scoring more than players sending full waves. The scoring is still not even close to being right. I barely play it now having enjoyed the challenge initially. I can't defend the attacks coming in because they are sent when I'm not on and I lack the motivation to attack knowing majority of players aren't actually attacking in a realistic way. Initially it felt similar to PVP now it just feels like another procession which rewards greatest spend. There really need to be some events about skill not money for game to survive. Shapeshifters had potential which sadly is less close to being realised than a few iterations ago it's just a joke event now.
