Hey everyone,
We just found out about an error with the latest LTPE - in 'hard mode' in the Ice Championship, the incorrect Gems are credited - instead, you are credited with the gems from the last Ice Championship 'Trove of the Winter Imp' set.
This is great if you need the gems for that commander - but not so great if you're working on your second castellan for the 'Trinkets of the Everwinter Soldier' set. At this point, GGS are still working on the best solution for the error - unfortunately it isn't possible to change the rewards which are given while the event is active - but, as I say, a solution is being worked on.
The following gems are wrongly shown as rewards:
- Crystal branch
- Crystal leaf
- Crystal seed
- Crystal blossom
Instead, the following castellan gems should be shown:
- Snow globe
- Frozen pyramid
- Ice cube
- Glacial charm
Please don't message support about this error for the time being - we will let you know how it will be resolved at some point next week.

Hey everyone,
The correct Gems will be credited to everyone who earns them at the end of the Ice Championship - you won't have to do anything to get these if you should have earned them - and you will get to keep the incorrect gems which you are credited with from the Trove of the Winter Imp set.

Hey everyone,
As you probably know, there was an error with the rewards in 'hard mode' in the latest Ice Championship. To be precise: the incorrect Gems were credited. On Monday, between 12:00 - 15:00 CET we will grant the correct rewards to accounts of everyone who earned enough points. ATTENTION: Please make sure there is enough free space in your gem inventory during that time. Gems will not be credited if your storage is full and our Customer Service team will not be able to regrant those items.
