Dear Empire Community,
I regret to inform you that, unfortunately, submitting Support Tickets through our website (https://www.goodgamestudios.com/) has encountered an error and no longer works due to technical issues. As of ~12:30 CEST 20.6.2018, if you submitted a ticket before that time, you should be fine. Otherwise, please resubmit a ticket through the process explained below.
Tickets should now be submitted ONLY via the support option found in game at the top right of your screen, under the "Help" tab.
