Fierce warriors,

we gathered your feedback for our recently shared "Plans for Q4 - 2018", respectively the features/implementations that are connected to it.

We saw that there was one particular topic which stood out in the center of those discussion: the so called "burning castle protection" subscription bonus. With this bonus your castles would not be able to burn and according to the global feedback that we received this would not be appreciated by you guys at all.

That's the reason why we want to announce to all of you that we listened to your feedback, and based on that we would like to take this opportunity to explain you better how this new mechanic will work in the future:

Instead of a burning castle protection, we decided that we will implement the possibility to extinguish your fires by using a special currency in form of tokens (working titlevia the subscription. The way those tokens will work is that you'd have to use them whenever your castle is burning. So by using one token you would not extinguish all fires forever, but you'd rather have to use tokens on a regular basis, once your castles/buildings are burning. So you would not only be able to extinguish the fires with the help of rubies, but also with the help of those special tokens! Players who choose to purchase the subscription package will receive a specific amount of said tokens.

The current plan is that you will be able to use these tokens by clicking on the respective icon in our castle warning dialogue (if you don't know what the castle warning dialogue is, then please click on the spoiler below and it will be shown to you).

(Again: Be aware that the picture above is just a screenshot of our castle warning dialogue. The icon is not yet implemented, but this will be the place where you'd be able to click on it)

We want to thank you very much for your participation in your respective discussion channels and for your helpful feedback, on which those changes are based!

Best regards,

Your Empire Family

Fierce warriors,

As we announced in "Our Plans for Q4 2018" there will be changes to how sabotages will work, so that's why we would like to explain this change to you in the following paragraphs:

Sabotages are one of many tools which you can use against your enemies.
They indeed are an essential function and can impact the way you fight your battles. Sabotaging other players is allowed and used by probably all of you, yet there are still some problems that got reported by many of you, which are negatively impacting your game experience! That's why this issue has to be addressed.

We are changing the way that sabotages will work and they'll depend on your respective level!
This means that players with a certain level range will only be able to sabotage other players from the very same level range.
So for example a player with level 10, would not be able to sabotage a player with level 70 anymore. He would be able to sabotage another player with level 10 though. If the player himself is not in the needed level range to sabotage his enemy, then the icon for sabotaging will be disabled. If the players puts his mouse over this disabled icon, then he will also see an explanation for why this won't be possible.

This change will also apply to the daily task "sabotage", so if you click on the show me button then you'll only be shown players of the fitting level range.

The changes are planned to be implemented for our October release, so they'll come very soon.
We also want to thank you very much for the feedback that you provided us with regarding this topic!

Best regards,
Your Empire Family

Fierce warriors,

We gathered your additional feedback on the changes we previously announced (fire extinguish by tokens).

The amount of tokens that you'll be able to receive through our subscription will be limited.
At the same time all known options for extinguishing fires in our games will of course be kept the way they are right now. This means that extinguishing fires with the help of those special tokens will be just an additional option on top.

There's an addition to the tokens though:
We are also going to implement the chance to obtain those special tokens for non-subscribing players:
Bit by bit those tokens will be implemented into our list of rewards in the events. This means that the tokens will be obtainable throughout all point ranges. All players will have a chance to get them!

This implementation will happen after the respective subscription bonus got released.

Once again, thank you very much for your feedback and your suggestions on this topic!

Best regards,
Your Empire Family

Fierce warriors,

As you might have noticed lately, we looked through the various feedback/discussion channels, respectively the ones linked to our "Plans for Q4 2018" announcement.

We previously announced an alteration to the burning castle protection in form of our fire extinguish tokens and the immediate related feedback suggested that this wouldn't be completely appreciated by the majority of you.

Some of you also commented on the changes that we planned for sabotages and your opinions on this topic were somewhat divided. Some of you appreciated the fact that low-level players would not be able to sabotage high-level players and vice versa, but at the same time, this was perceived as a restriction of the way that you play the game in some way or the other.

That's why we decided that both the planned changes to the sabotages as well as the fire extinguish tokens will not be implemented this way! Thus, we will rethink a way of how we could make it work at some point in the future.

Thank you very much for the feedback you provided us on our channels!

Best regards,
Your Empire Family
