Level 19's and level 36's: neither should be holding Royal Tower's.

Having low levels holding towers is smart... Less troops can be sent at low levels making it easier to defend... 

Plus, Low levels are 100x more fun. When you hit level 70 you can't be superior without 100k+ rubies to your name, but as a level 20 you can be super elite for your level without a single US dollar. Most of the leaderboard level lurkers are ruby players, such as Tankster who is in FK WarriorBeast (what? You thought a ruby player wouldn't be in Neph? Shame on you!) If you get level 70 OP's you can can ebcome invincible. In fact, with even the most elite demon an deathly horror army, it is near impossible to defeat a good level lurker with just one attack. So few troops can be sent in an attack.

Level lurking is rather fun, keeps you out of danger from level 70's and allows for alot of competition victories. So I see nothing wrong with low levels holding RT's... If you have loads of low levels battling for RT's and such then that just means that the server chose fun over p2w and made their server right unlike how GGE and their Nephilim employees have made it. USA 1 is the messiest server, forced to abide by KoN decrees and ruled by level 70's. Nobody achieves power without a hefty sum of rubies and some of the most powerful and OG players leave the game as there isn't any fun in spending money... Low levels don't have as many super commanders and such and it is just overall much more fair and enjoyable. Level lurking is just straight up smart and fun, nothing wrong with it.

except this is a ruby buyer who got his banners through cash; I earned mine from events, nobility, and such.

I should let you know that Datfeelwhenogf is a nasty person. My 12 year old daughter was forced out of the game by this nasty person. He and his alliance attacked my daughter 11 times in one night. and believe it or not, but it was gremlin (the player who he's complaining about) who helped him.
