I know this is an old thread, but I need help. I have tried to get resource villages. I literally went all the way around the edges of the map to find one, no luck. I hate capturing Outposts or Resource Villages from other players because it is extremely annoying. (Plus causes war -_-) But I am tired of waiting, for days I look and find nothing. Are there any tactics to get one? Although I am probably being stupid since I am only level 30 and have like no defense that I am satisfied with yet. xD
Still, anyway can I get a Resource Village with little to no problems?

The alliance Mali Kozji and has some food resource villages. You could capture from them.

They're also burning, and are really weak. I used to have a pact with them and we were trade allies previously, but I back-stabbed them, dropped our pact, and declared war on them just this week. I captured/abandoned several of their outposts, and I'm holding the best 8 food outpost of their leader right now, so they're totally destroyed basically. The fact that they have 37 level 70s is nothing to be fooled by. Trust me, they won't put up a fight. Capture all the RVs that you want from them before the rest are gone too...
