Whoever put those in is the MOST anal retentive person ever lol. Gives very little wiggle room, not open to interpretation so that is a positive.
On AU! there are a list of "RULES" that is unwritten and changes dependant on who is having a cry. Would be good to have some form of thing for clarity only but that much detail is just crazy..... All that bollocks with return hits etc thats fine, but having to get permission and timescales etc etc, wtf...

You cant hit anyone for any reason and in war you can only hit once war is agreed and during certain times etc.... Who in the fk decided that lol.

I tried to create an alliance with some friends since it was a smaller server.
But man!
Got declared on by a powerhouse called "CHV" a day when my alliance was level 6
They said I need to give up outpost for no reason, and throw out some of my members.

After reading "Why did you attack me, I have not attacked you" for the billionth time, I would much prefer peeps just hitting me back lmao.
