Hi all,

Perhaps as Batten and HND are such upholders of truth and honour they would also like to investigate the enigma that is liam, the number of accounts he has his sticky fingers in or the rule breaking schemes he has a part in (purely informed speculation, in no way do I endorse these facets as facts despite liam confirming some aspects of multi accounting by messaging from different accounts).

In any event I and no doubt many others would look on with a little interest if he fell under the spotlight of the righteous brothers. I have no interest in pursuing anything personally as I really couldn't be bothered but the brothers seem to have energy to spare in the pursuit of wrong doers.

For HND there would also be the possibility of a further book, perhaps I may suggest a publication similar to "Where's Wally?"

Take care

IK

Following the processes laid down in the terms of the game I have reported players across the server and yes I have reported a past leader of Team BSK for password sharing and I asked that a number of comments they made after having left the BSK about multi-accounting should be investigated by support  I witnessed the password sharing the admission of multi-accounting I recommended support looked at.  Cut and paste, click on report to support button, enter details, job done, not really that complicated.  That was a long time ago though. If I see it or witness I report it thereby complying with the terms of the contract we all sign up when we open our own account.  I guess if you are renting someone elses account you may not have some those rules perhaps they should be enscribed on tablets of stone outside each players main castle as a reminder.  I played with Littleliam, Phil, Fuji, Tonnebanno, Giselle, Hadders and others in Berimond working collectively to achieve a target which would probably be my only firsthand experience of playing with Littleliam, during that event there was no evidence of the player playing more than one account.  What has happened since given I play at a lower level isn't something I have witnessed had I done I'd have followed the rules.  If you saw issues with Liam playing more than one account and you had evidence then I would expect you to follow the same process I did and to comply with your responsibilities under the terms and conditions.  If you are only now outlining concerns you have had for a long time then the question has to be why.  My position has always been consistent cheat in front of me I'll report you provided I have evidence regardless of whether we are in the same alliance, you know what I'm going to do so if you choose to take the risk you do so knowing what my response will be.  Whether you are the top ranked player playing a relatives account or a new starter wouldn't make a difference.

But if you report a cheat whilst cheating yourself perhaps you may be considered a less than credible witness.  I can't tell you the outcome of the reports I've made but I have been doing it for a while and if more players complied with their responsibilities rather than accepting things they could change problems wouldn't occur.  The question I'd ask is at what cost do you wish to win.  If Litteliam broke the rules and you have the evidence and have reported him then we have to trust in the system that the appropriate action will be taken if the evidence is sufficient.  My position has always been clear if players it's not as if you don't know what I'll do ... the right thing.

From a war marshals perspective the reason you reinforce the rules and hold to them I would say have been very clearly highlighted over the last few weeks.  You cheat you make yourself and your alliance vulnerable you give your enemies tools they can use against you, they can be sat in your chat recording your actions and holding evidence against a time when they can use it against you.  Losing key players to suspension during a war means you loss significant capacity at a time you need it most, destroys trust and morale at a key juncture causes confusion and in some cases other key players walk to protect their reputation.  That's a tactical consideration or at least it was in the past when I understand suspension could be a week long.  I guess things may have changed.  Being able to trust the player who castles next to yours as the attack rain in is an underrated skill.

From memory Roy Maltby and Maverique indicated on Skype to Marksplace, myself and others that Crimson Guard held files on players who broke the rules.  Perhaps rather than holding them now would be a good time to share them and pass them to GGE rather than keeping them as a tactical tool and advantage.  If you don't share what you know to solve a problem before it becomes a significant issue then you risk being seen to support that practice or as having endorsed it.

IK and Toe you do make me laugh, i was told the hit on me for leaving was not Sir g but "someone in his account" who was pissed at me leaving like that, and yet you post the above.

Your Sub is at war with you? mmmm why would that be, same as most of this server (UK) has gone. let me spell it out to a small extent.

1/ seems most top alliances have FARM  alliances they "OWN" so all the bullshit about top looters is rubbish, CG have there sub as at war with them so fill them then hit them  to max returns on loot? how is that legit and how is that not in the new "rules" having farms as alliances makes it so no other lower alliance can compete in the looting? please tell me I am wrong! this by definition means they have multi accounts in that alliance to keep them going.

2/ Meliandra app has meant most people now recruit non stop so makes the nobility a joke for recruiting the most men unless you use this app? tell me i am wrong.

Delete this one CG boy

3/ Asia, WTF is going on with storm, you hit each other at war(staged war) just to get the loot bonus on storm, you use a well known alliance (Ghost) to all jump into and then hit each other ? how is that fair on lower level alliances playing that game fair?

Corruption seems to be across the servers

can carry on lol

[4602013] Iberian Knight (GB1) [GB1] :: Oct. 26, 2016, 7:32 p.m.

Wrong thread Mario, I'm pretty sure that there are 2 or 3 threads already in existence regarding your subject matter, this one is entitled "Who is Liam"....

Feel free to comment on this thread if you have anything pertinent to the subject matter mate.

I am aware that you have been in many alliances on the uk server and probably have good knowledge on the other aspects that you keep returning to that also incorporate those other alliances and not just CG all the time?

Glad I have the ability to make you laugh though, it's good to laugh and be happy :-)

Are you not going to admit to or respond to what mario has said.

Don't use the excuse "wrong thread you can't comment here"

[4602025] Iberian Knight (GB1) [GB1] :: Oct. 26, 2016, 7:50 p.m.

Hi RR,

I have nothing to admit to mate, check my loot this week, in fact keep an eye on it when I'm back from pro next week I get between 15m-22m depending on what events are on, I have no farm, I don't participate in storm so have no extra barracks to recruit troops.

In short, I will address his accusations, I do not cheat, I play the game within the rules/terms and conditions, keep an eye on my stats and challenge me if you think you suspect anything irregular and I will answer that challenge. My HoL level is a long way off my legendary level.

So, you can believe it or not as I'm a little tired of hearing the same repeated CG rubbish, if you suspect or believe that someone is breaking the rules/terms and conditions then report the matter. If you suspect something more sinister such as fraud etc then I think you will find that I have previously posted advice and contact details for various law enforcement agencies along with ggs contact details including telephone numbers.

If you are trying to get me to comment on the actions (whether real, suspected or imagined), then a bit like when Mario was in CG, that is a matter for them and their consciences, I am not an arbiter of their game or conscience and am not their keeper.

Dear @Iberian Knight (GB1),
At the moment you seem to be like a really calm guy and is respected by most. I can understand that you are an experienced player who doesn't cheat. But why can't you admit that CG are using alliances for farming which they own?
Which is multi-accounting and cheating.
Not saying CG are the only alliance to do this.

Toe made an interesting post on this thread but it's disappeared..anyone know what happened to it ?

[4602045] Iberian Knight (GB1) [GB1] :: Oct. 26, 2016, 8:23 p.m.

As far as I'm aware it would only be multi-accounting if a player had or used access to more than their own account, not only do I not know that is the case I would say that unlike some other alliances that I can think of there is no culture of password sharing in CG and has not been for some considerable time.

I would imagine also (to address another claim on earlier threads), that if there are players that are not on their original accounts if for example the account had been "bequeathed" by a quitting player then it would be a very precarious position for that player to be in, imagine for example that the account had been in another players hands for some time and then the original player returned and reset the password or even deleted the account, all that effort down the drain.

The concept therefore is not one of multi-accounting it would be one of ownership of a particular account, there would be in that case a clear infringement of game terms and conditions but in legal terms when you consider not only the time and effort in building an account but also possible expenditure on that account it opens up potentially for the game administrators a different can of worms. If you consider the account as property then in lawful terms the new player may have certain rights in relation to that property.

Personally I can think of at least one example (not in CG), of an account where it is not only a different player playing on someone else's original account but somehow the new player has got ggs to change the name of the account to reflect the change of ownership.

It appears to me that not only are ggs not actively pursuing these "bequeathed" accounts that they are at least passively acknowledging that it occurs and as long as the subsequent "owner" of an account is no longer multi-accounting and just plays the acquired account that they are more than happy with it as it makes good business sense.

I would imagine that there are many "grey" areas, HND has brought up the subject of 2 accounts in CG as they are linked, and indeed they are, they are owned and operated by a couple, how on earth can you even start to differentiate between a couple at the same address, with the same I.P number using different emails to initially register the accounts and then potentially I would imagine interchanging the pc's used to play? Absolutely impossible would be my conjecture as would also be the case interestingly enough should the same apply to HND and a player I suspect in the same alliance as being his partner....

I suggest that we play the game, report incidents of breaks in terms and conditions if we feel strongly that there is some misdemeanour and let ggs as the arbiters do their bit in determining any breaches. If they are not bothered as the arbiters of the game then why do certain people on here not take the hint and just play the game and enjoy themselves, it's a bloody game not real life or death......

Just my opinion of course lol
