Yes at least for The Black Forge we are much more prepared for a war. Once everyone gets home and the fires are out at least.

In general I must say that the war was fought pretty fairly on both sides. While I can only speak from my perspective in this it is clear that GWS has a great core of skilled players.

I'll note that BM is a fantastic Alliance to be associated with. Indeed my biggest arguments with leadership was rejecting even more assistance. I felt at least that they should not weaken themselves in a desire to support the weakest of us.

What I did wrong was not to strip down earlier. I should have gotten those I knew shouldn't be involved out much earlier. That at least wont happen again.

I'm putting my money on GWS though :P. Looking at the battle reports, it looks like the war is lingering in their favor.
