I'm guessing your offline def is 50-0-50?

If it is, 50-0-50 works for low levels.


For your level though, I would go with 100-0-0 while offline, or a firecast(98-1-1)

Yup that way mantlets will have little affect on your ranged defenders(the ones that are on the wall ofc)

My defense was 10/80/10 at the time...I find this effective to tool burn them and keep them from getting a bonus in the CY. When I am online my defense is 50/50/0..My middle always has ruby tools....I will try your method...Thank you...Any suggestions for my attack with the 1280 crossbowmen of the kingsguard? It usually works REALLY good with my 90 ranged commander....But it didn`t in my last attack...Any suggestions?

It is because your commander doesn't have CY gems on it. Not to mention it has little to no Wall/Gate/Moat bonuses. Not sure what kind of defenders the defender had, so that pretty much all I can say. I also don't know what tools you used. So the best I can give you is to make a better commander.

Also for toolburning you only want one troop on each flank and one in the middle, that's it, nothing in CY. Then you put up a firecast which will decrease the damage you get. (FireStation will also help.)

You get a lot more wiggle room for defense at lower levels, its one of the things I liked about being a low level
