Band of Brothers is a very small alliance we were part of the round table as TRTR but broke away. One of Bandits player who was under the 20 click rule hit one of ours and told our leader he made a mistake and apologised, but did not bother telling the player he hit. Out leader retired for the night and Meo came on knowing nothing about it and saw he was burning - so like any player who saw the injustice of being hit against the fare play rule Hit Back. Bandits declared war and started to burn all our players. Our leader has wrote to them and so have I but they will not answer this war is unjust and is just a large alliance bullying a small

Bandits like doing this. They will also tell you that the war is some weird divine retribution for breaking the fair play rules of which they apparently hold super dear, despite being cool with responding to a single close range hit with a 35 army mass.
Oddly they don't declare when the aggressor is a bigger alliance, funny that!

Lololololoolol, lets stop for second make things clear. Firstly no player from bandits broke any fair play rules against BoB. Yesterday evening a player, irrelevant for me knowing and remembering his name attacked one of our members with a distance within 16,4 clicks. Now, as far as my knowledge takes me the fair play states it need to be more or 20 clicks. Simply, we messaged the leader and the attacker but no response from either. Therefore the issue resulted into a war, witch I can ensure is what any other alliance that stands with pride would do.
So there really isn't any point of players coming here and twisting the story around just so bandits look like bullies.
Instead of spending you time here writing meaningless comments,go spend a bit of time remembering the fair play rules.
Best Regards,
Del Diablo

wrong mate your player hit us first so get it right they then tried to apologise you should get facts right and that attack was in retaliation if you want proof of this write to BOB's leader

Firstly, the fair play rules only apply directly to alliances who are using them. They aren't a defacto rules of the UK server, and a number of alliances have their own because they think the rules kinda suck. Don't get me wrong, I'm not calling you guys out as bullies because I think that's a terrible word to use on a pixel game full stop, but you are getting a bit of a reputation for turning minor infractions of your rules into all out war ... provided the target alliance can't take the heat of course, you tend not to be so bullish when it's an alliance like Odins poking your fair play rules (which they do, because they don't follow the fair play rules at all).
It's just rather ironic that an alliance that prides itself on "fair play" is getting a reputation for battering alliances with amusingly disproportionate responses, all in the name of fairness. I mean, declare war for whatever reason you like, sure, it's a war game, declare on everyone for no reason at all if you like ... but this constant "Well it's your fault because you were the unfair ones" is not only getting old, it's cringing.

It's a question of chivalry, I doubt that BoB was stronger than Bandits so the fight wasn't exactly "balanced". You are correct in a sense, howeverThe Torrent (GB1) said:Nobody is unfair in a war game.

I asked for a recall to sort whatever the problem was, it didnt happen so i declared.
I tried diplomacy first and it didnt work, it is what it is.
Its not about fairness, its a ruleset they supposedly play under so i expect it to upheld.
@fujiwara (GB1)
Plus, i dont pride myself on fairplay rules, i despise how restricting its got. Its a ruleset that you must abide by or fight against the whole of the top 20 bar odins. Prae even tried to force odins into going back into the fairplay with the server war, so we know that not being in the normal fairplay rules isnt an option unless you have a considerable large powerbase to back it up. I've always been open with my opinion, i think the "fairplay" rules make for soft players, especially at its level now, no masses or double taps, these were the things that made me ambitious and strive to be better.
This is my view, i'm sure players in my alliance share a different one.

they are being hit by your alliance brothers with 35 players 8.7 million might points. so that could be seen as bullying
bandits who only have 64 players and 33.7 million points. now stop bullying bandits brothers

Y'all don't get tired in GB1 of following some server wide phag rules? So funny to hear everytime someone bringing up the fair play rules this particular server follows. Break them, its a war game and nobody should be allowed to limit your fun outside of normal pacts/dnh etc.

its all fare saying its a war game so there should be no rule but this is not so even in the 2 world wars there were rule to adhere to.
its like saying if the USA attacked little Jamaica with all its force the rest of the world would not say anything. Yes rule are broken say the war in Nam - Russia kept out and we kept out but that was bull both of us had soldiers there even just small amounts through the back door like on here alliance bring in big players to help if they are losing the war
I aint a crier I am 70 and spent 15 years in the army so don't get me wrong but if you play by the fare play rules then keep to them don't break them because you can

Absolutely. The thing that irks me is when "breaking the fair play rules" is used as an excuse for, well, frankly anything. I have no objection to people declaring war on me because I smell bad. I do find it tiresome being declared war on for breaking rules that aren't mine and that I have no interest in, as if somehow "I did a naughty naughty" somewhereRulerWasi (US1) said:Y'all don't get tired in GB1 of following some server wide phag rules? Lol whoever flagged my post, did I hurt your feelings by talking about a phaggotry thats been going on for so long? There are already enough potatoes who run from pvp and turtle but a server wide agreement promoting fair-play rules? You wouldn't last a week in USA1.

You are a funny man Julius (yes I know your second account, creepy)... you're only defending Bandits because you are one of them and rely on them for support. I will be back to tip top shape soon, and clean up all the loose ends. Though personally DarkerThan is genuinely a nice guy, and so is patchy (sort of), I think its rather the members themselves abusing the power. The leadership stick to the rules, but when the members break them, of course the leaders will believe their own over some random alliance that is ''crying'', and they will do all they can to protect their players, as that's what an alliance is for.Del Diablo (GB1) said:Lololololoolol, lets stop for second make things clear. Too bad they posted no reports, otherwise you'd be caught lying lol. The 'fair' play rules are not exactly fair, but they are getting there. But even then you still can't keep them
