when you make a stop war for paing % of alliance funds there should be a how long before this can be broken and then i have 2 diferent ideas with that 1st one you cant attack the person no matter what 2 you can attack the person but then the emperor/king of the kingdom will attack him with a extremly powerfull army for breaking a holy/promised agreement/contract
