Do alliance members still get the rewards even if they have not unlocked storm islands? Or do they have to go there to get the deco and equipment?

To receive the rewards of storm, you need to be in storm, taking part in it yourself.

Yes, if you have not entered storm and your alliance won a member reward, you will not receive the reward

Of course you need to be there to get the rewards.

You have to be in storm islands if u want rewards
Example if a lvl 30 player is in an alliance and the ally comes in top 5 that lvl 30 player won,t recieve rewards cause he can,t join storm or he has,nt joined yet
