The log in rewards seam to be a hit and a miss I've got the same problem, one day it works fine the next it wont load and I cant get a reward, just seams to be a bug from the new titles update.

Did you try clearing your cache or changing browsers work?

We're aware of this bug at the moment and are trying to get it fixed as soon as we can. It's proving to be a bit elusive at the moment, but hopefully we can get it all sorted swiftly!
