there are 2 differences in the offers i would like to point out.
1- the first offer listed is a pay with rubies. if you have the 24K rubies, you dont need to buy any to use the offer, whereas the second offer is a buy offer, meaning you need to buy X amount of rubies in order to get it. so in one offer you have to buy rubies and spend actual money, and the second offer you dont need to spend any real money, just use rubies from a previous buy.
2- the bonus. the first is a "save rubies" bonus. it does not offer any extras, your just saving rubies from what the game decides is the original price of the item. the second is a 600% bonus, meaning your paying for a 100% offer, giving 100% of what you normally get, but getting 600% more in other prizes.
so yeah the offers by comparison suck, but they are also different kinds of offers. if you were offered to get the first offer for buying 24K rubies, then that is a bad deal, but for SPENDING rubies, its probably a good one
