  I joined a new alliance , and want to get out of an O.P. , so I can get one closer to my new castle location . I only have 3 castileons

Visit the OP you want to give up. At the bottom right (where the construction tab is) there is a button for economy.  Click on it and a pop-up menu will come up.  Click on the "Management" Option (third one up).

Choose the option "surrender".  Surrendering takes 24 hours.  Once you click surrender, you have 3 hours to change your mind.  After 3 hours, you cannot go back.

Move all troops/resources to your main.  During the last 21 hours you cannot train troops or tools.
