Was in level 36, a Count, in an alliance, etc.,etc.

I closed down yesterday afternoon, opened again late yesterday afternoon, was asked to login again and when I did, I started from level 1, I have lost everything. Any ideas on how I get everything back? Tried Support but have had no success yet.

Double check that you are on the correct server when you are logging in, if not you will start a new account on a different server.
