One player has been a real bully to me lately. Not only are they attacking and sabotaging me almost nonstop (thus giving me no time to try and recover and prepare for the next attack) but they have also lately started messaging me and taunting me. I could block them or go to the leader of their alliance, but I feel like that wouldn't really do anything. Now, according to the little help button when you are reading a message, I should be able to report the person who sent the message. How do I do this?

The most annoying thing is that you can't report people. But could you tell me the player's name?

taunting, constant attacking, and sabotaging is not a reportable offense. people like you tend to spam support and then make people with real support needs get put on hold.

constant attacking and sabotaging is 100% allowed, the game is BUILT to allow it. players made their own rules concerning it, but GGE wont punish someone for breaking imaginary rules

and as for taunting, if its just a hahaha look at you, your so bad, im so great, keep wastin your time kind of thing, its not nice, but its also not something you need to report about. just block their messages. they may keep trying to send them and attack you still, but so far nothing you have said is anything that can be fixed by reporting them

Well, his taunting has now turned to harassment. I've blocked him, I've told his leader, and a few members of my alliance have attacked him. But I wish there was more I could do because bullies like this guy won't stop if you say please.

Actually you can report a player. I figured it out. You click on Support, then Email Support, and you can report a player there. It will give you several options on why you are reporting the player.

NOOOO! the point was you dont NEED to contact support! yes its an OPTION, but not something to be abused because someone said something you dont like. to report them, it actually has to be something REALLY bad, more then just taunts. people spamming support with little things is part of what takes them so long to respond, they have to wade through a sea of useless reports on people

In the end, he was reported because his tauntings did turn into harassment. When my alliance stepped in, he started harassing them as well. However, you can also report players for cheating, for having more than one account, etc. And while you shouldn't abuse this power, if another player is harassing you, don't be afraid to report them. If you don't report them, then they win and they will continue to do it to you or to someone else because they think they can get away with it.

yes you CAN report people for multi accounting, or cheating, or doing something, but you need PROOF. i can run 5 accounts, called multi 1, multi 2, etc. and that is not enough proof for GGE to declare me actual multis. i may have made those accounts with friends as pranks and we play actively. without proof, sending support tickets for any kind of rule breaking is just spam

and is it actually harassment that should be reported? spamming a player with taunting messages is technically harassment, but thats not a re-portable offense. it has to be like "tellme where you live so i can send a bomb" or"no one likes you plz kill yourself" kind of messages. just a taunting message saying "hahahaha your so bad at the game look at me kil all your men" is not nice but its not something that mods can do anything about

I don't see why you can't report him, bubt your better off just sending mass attacks at him and sabotaging him.

This player Mr. Alex, either keeps creating accounts to message me this kind of stuff or he is getting other players to send me harassing messages. I'm sorry, but accusing me of causing the real life death of another human being over a game misunderstanding is not game-related antagonism... it is cruel, true or not (untrue I suspect) but still cruel. I keep blocking these players but a new different player just sends me another one. This is the only one I finally took a screenshot of.

the same thing is happening to me, its better to report it, but be persuasive and reasonable i sent a report and hopefully they will get banned or be in trouble.

My allience is also having this issue. There is a person constantly attacking our alliance. The latest ones are Dark Dogma and hailstorm00. They have been attacking our castles, OPs, and also occasionly sabo'ing as well. And DON'T tell me it's a war game because, we can stop his IP once and for all!


Even worse, the person has been moving closer and closer to my castle, thus not letting my members get to me in time. Another one they seem to like attacking is a person called Kiyo.


So, where do I report. Already lost 1,000+ attacking and defending troops in the last few weeks due to these goofs.

@furture (US1) there is a thing in the terms and conditions that says if the behaviour on a player is affecting the gameplay of another negatively then it is reportable

If this is what you are referring to.

Note the word 'significant', in this use it is subjective, meaning that there is no set in stone boundary or line to croos, the whereabouts of that line is up to support to decide.

Meaning that they can just say no, which will happen if you do decide to report.

If they are making new accounts to bypass the ignore list then yes, by definition that would be considered harassment and I would report them. As an admin of my own game, I would verify your report and I would ban all accounts logged by his IP. Pretty easy, but GGS doesn't really do that stuff so idk if it will make a difference.
