A young kid (Kosta) in our alliance (level 34) has been under constant attack from an alliance called The Gladiators. I’ve mailed 3 of them (incl diplomat and leader) and none have seen fit to explain why they’re doing it. They are a much bigger alliance with lots of high level players, highest we got is a level 41 who we’ve not seen for over 2 days, and our 14 active members find ourselves at war with a much bigger alliance that includes 13 level 70s. And for what, who knows. Well done The Gladiators. Kosta hasn’t been on for 48 hours. You’ve done a great job putting 15-20 hits in on a kid who never speaks.

Do you do anything that **** them off, capping rv and outpost etc. , attacking them anywhere(due to auto war).

I think Kosta hit one of their players a couple of times, but I don't know the details. Kosta doesn't speak on chat.  He's been hit another 3 or 4 times since I posted the question, and our leader got hit too. We never have more than 4 people online at the same time in our alliance, so we don't get to chat much.I don't have rv, I'm not in the outers. I'm only lvl 21. I think only a couple are in winter.

What they're doing doesn't really seem very "fair" and they are hitting burning castles, and not talking about problems. Like I said, I've tried to speak to 3 of them but no reply. We don't know what to do.

As the War Marshal of The Gladiators I would like to say that due to mass attacks from Kosta on a player in our Alliance and after fair warning was given to Kosta about these attacks which was ignored and after more attacks war was declared.

All players above level 50 were told to  abstain from attacking and until proof is brought to us that a player above level 50 has attacked (which will be dealt with severely) we will continue to uphold that rule.

Kosta (the player mass attacking our player) has sent 4 attacks in the last 24 hours to the same person this all started over.

However we are willing to negotiate peace  when the  initial problem has been addressed by your alliance?

He could've stolen 15 rv's and what you did is completely absurd.

And for a mass? Seriously? 

It's your fault; first off, Kosta should've never been able to "mass" a player. You can't be playing very well if you can't even defend against 4 attacks from a n00b.

Secondly, from what I'm reading, you only tried to talk to a complete n00b, who was not even in any position in the alliance, then declared war? WTF. 

Thirdly, you then ignored someone messaging you about it?

All of this sounds like you're  a poor alliance with poor excuses.

I have no idea why that attacks arrived this morning. Perhaps they walked. Its a long way and it was after a few attacks on him. Sort of death throws I guess.

I am told that screen print which proves he was off line was taken just before the post was made...  so thats 48 hours.

If you had a problem with him you should have talked to the alliance leaders. You didn't as far as I know.

I initiated contact. I have been playing for about a month.

I have told you Kosta doesn't talk. I have tried my best to get a message across to him , I tried to get you to put a temp na pact in place, which would have stopped that attack. You refused.

What you are doing is out of order, and you know it.

The only activity I have seen from players over 50 from your alliance is intercepted esp. Which was followed by sabotage.

edit: The sabotage could be purely coincidental btw.

So I don't understand how he can be attacking. Particularly when he has received so many hits, I would guess he has nothing to attack with, let alone mass attack with.

The problem we have is that kosta doesn't speak, so we don't know how this started or how it may be resolved. And we find it rather unfair that your vitriol is directed at other memebrs of the group who have done nothing to anger you.

Kosta turned up about an hour ago, said "hi", then buggered off agian without answering any questions. Our leader is AWOL for 48 hours, so we are unable to do very much.

Even so, you have still put over 20 hits in on this guy, going on for 30 hits in the last few days, from some players more than 10 levels higher than him. Is that not revenge enough? He has nothing to defend himself with and nothing to attack with. What is it you want exactly? 

I have no reason to doubt you when you say kosta bullied one of your guys, but I don't know the facts, so am happy to take your word for it. Even so, I think your retailiation is extreme to the point of bullying. I think the kid has learned his lesson, don't you?

This doesn't qualify under the GGS requirements to report it as bullying personally i do this to people all the time attacking them every day until they're completely on fire. For something to qualify as bullying it must be

This doesn't qualify under the GGS requirements to report it as bullying personally i do this to people all the time attacking them every day until they're completely on fire. For something to qualify as bullying it must be
 
  • Threatening Death or physical injury towards someone else
  • Harsh language 
  • Rude remarks or comments

But that's talking about face to face it doesn't qualify as bullying under the GGS standards otherwise everyone above lvl 40 would be banned.

then technically everyone in empire who fights anyone weaker hen them is a bully. GGE bullying and someone playing the game and winning it are 2 different things

Members of Terra Nova (level 42 continues to attack level 28's) whats the since of even trying to play the game when its controlled by level 70's. You have no chance in hell. There is no way to rebuild so now what do you do?

How to deal with bullies?

1. If they laugh at you.
2. Then laugh at their dead body.  :|

IDC whats is happening in game it is not bullying according to GGS guidelins unless 

And that's all that really counts under GGS guidelines

seek help from a stronger alliance than the ones throwing their weight around. In my alliance we get a few requests for help from those being pushed around by a bigger alliance  , we just smash them  for the weaker ones and the problem is fixed then the bully calls out that we are bullie's   lol   love it

If someone has bad defence, they are easy glory and honour. I was in The Gladiators, they have high loot and glory goals for every day. It's a game of war and economy, not a game of chivalry.

You could do what we in viper titans do in bullying, burn those motherf*ckers.

Tell everybody to make defenders and attackers, and if "Kosta" continues to get attacked, show him my post here.

Kosta, here is what you should do: Recruit attackers secretly and keep them in outposts, (around 500 range and melee should be enough) Spy the attacker's every outpost, and the one where he keeps his attackers, setup a late detect with speed commander and burn the living shit out of him.
That is what i did when i got bullied once, i was level 40 bully was lvl 70, i ended up budning him 7 times and he was praying me to stop attacking. (BTW that was a level 70 player with 120k pp, i had 40k pp.)

You make the solution sound so easy. For a low level 70 perhaps that will work. But when you are being attacked regularly by a LL 800  from one of the big alliances there is virtually nothing that you can do about it. Oh you can do a suicide mission and send 1500 against 50K plus defenders. Their shear numbers will destroy you and unfortunately they know it.
Watch this even if you were a ll 800 with tops everything you could not do a retaliation against another ll 800 in a strong alliance because the support would be too much 10k vs 70-100k troops means no shot at winning.  Those big alliances have it like that. Unfortunately, That is an element of this game that most of us have to live with. Sad as it sounds The ll 800 do control the game in many ways  One of those ways is to keep you burning, to the point of frustration and then you give up and leave the game.  That happens a lot and GGE will never address that because of simple economics. Most ll 800 are ruby buyers. Put another way they support the game with cash. where as non-ruby players don't support they just play.
So what is the solution:
      Get out the plastic  and hopefully join one of the big boys.
Wise man once said "if you can't beat em then join em".
GGE says "hey mister if you got the dime your OK with me"

But you can still have fun with this game as long as you don't mind rebuilding.
