Hi, I just noticed that in Everwinter Glacier there is the option to attack barbarian towers from my RVs, what happens if I do that? Particularly, where do the resources go, and do the soldiers who die go to the MC hospital or do they just disappear?

Yup, the troops and resources will go to your Main Castle of the kingdom in question

be careful not to attack players though, many alliances say that if you attack from an RV, its up for grabs

and yes, everything does go to your castle, meaning you need to re-station  troops at the OP to keep attacking from it
