Hi there everyone. I have two items that may or may not have an answer. You have children playing the game and you force people to have to purchase rubies to get a head in the game. We have moved up a level and now have the opportunity to build in their castles, but you need to purchase rubies to build these buildings. So now to keep that in mind, when we achieve an award that is in rubies, it is not given to the one who has earned it. Is this another factor in making people pay to buy rubies in an otherwise free games. It should be explained to us before we start. Looking for answers and reasons.

You can easily get rubies you just have not process far enough in to the game yet(lotting rbc fortress). The problems is god comm and cast.

Nobody is forcing you to buy rubies. If you want the ruby stuff, you gotta pay for it or earn the rubies in game. How do you think the game is free without a subscription if nobody is buying "in" somewhere in the game?

I just purchased $50.00 of rubies and they where never transferred over to my main and I e=mailed you for a confermatiom and haven't heard back from you.Please respond..

1- no one is forcing you to do anything. you CHOSE to pull out the card, you CHOSE to go to the shop, you CHOSE to spend money

2- yes the game gives and advantage for those with rubies, but thats the way ALL games work. every free to play game has always been the same for me. you can play for free, but if you pay X then you get bonus Y. they are paying for more, so they get more, its fair. the only difference for empire is that in other games, they almost always give a set amount of power you can get. with empire, you can buy basically infinite power as long as you can pay for it

3- yes some buildings cost rubies, but those are not required buildings, You can play the whole game without ever building or upgrading any of them

4- most people have enough common sense to realize you dont need to pay money if you dont want to. GGE does not need to break everything down into a step by step.

you know why places like McDonalds need to place "careful, its hot!" warnings on their food or coffee? cause some people are to stupid to realize things the rest of us consider obvious.

Last comment was a bit harsh, Future/Batman, but essentially it's true.

YOU can play for free, However if everyone did that there'd be no game as GGE would not find it profitable to support a "free" that was not earning income.
It irks me when people complain their "free" game is not free as you "have" to buy rubies. The choice is there but with that choice are consequences please bear that in mind when choosing whether or not to buy rubies..
