Topic: [292250] I am on level 11 and still dont have a join alliance option available. Why???

I am playing this game the second time and this had not happened before tat I was unable to 
join an alliance.
I want to know why??

Hey Anuj,

This isn't a bug, it's just part of a little test we're running at the moment. I believe you should be able to join an Alliance at level 14, so not too far off!

Is there a some kind of compensation for those you are running tests on? I think there should be since they are at disadvantage compared to others.
