Someone will. There's always that one person who will upgrade it level 100.
Besides, judging by GGE's logic, the glory boost will probably be a percentage of your expected BASE glory. They do the same for food bonuses after all.

Hey guys,
I understand your concerns, and of course, I'll forward your feedback on, but honestly, there's no real need for this to be changed.
Indeed, as you said, the building is expensive, but that's kind of the point of it. It offers a permanent glory boost to glory earned in attacks, and it costs to upgrade it, in order to increase the bonus. There will most likely be very few players that will fully upgrade the building, but that's fine. It's there to give players an option, especially from the early levels, as to whether they want to receive a glory boost or not.
It's not 'free glory' so to speak, as players will still have to fight to gain and retain their Glory, and not all contests are based purely off Glory gains either.
If you've got further feedback on the building then please do let me know, and I'll forward it accordingly, but for now I'd say just have a little patience and see how it unfolds. It's more than likely that we won't see many fully upgraded/even high level Glory Memorials.

Steve, you know as well as I do, that this building will never be purchased by many people, meaning that the few who does, will always win the contest, making it impossible to win any contest unless you spend the money purchasing the glory memorial and levels. In my opinion this is not a fair battlefield anymore, it nullifies events designed to make the game more competitive, and to be frank, you basically can buy your way to victory.CM Arcanine said:Hey guys,

It's just proof that the game is nearing is end, and GGS is trying to cash in for the remainder of it's life. The game lags like hell, getting worse at each addition put to into it, and I just wonder when GGS will make it their priority to fix the bugs and getting the game back on track.

well for sure, i agree that next to the VIP level 10 and the glory coat of arms which cost a lot of rubies yes Ruby buyers have a big advantage, still, I am a non ruby buyer, i invested a total of 0 rubies in my account, upgraded stables bakeries and watchtowers and buy armorer tools by looting Ice Sand and Fire fortresses daily, and as you can see here i am top 4 in the Forgeiners event, you just have to be smart enough to buy 3-4-5k horstail banners (btw that is a print of the first day of forgeiners, still, 1.2 mil glory in 3 attacks without VIP level and without glory monumetn and a 14% glory coat of arms is pretty sick isn't it?) you non ruby buyers just need to use more brains, you can be a top player without buying rubies, you just need to be more active, grind (loot) more for equipment, and not try to win every event, instead prepare for winning it by being in top 100 a few times and then when you collect enough free event tools you can go for first place or top 100

how do you make tools?
