can't upgrade nothing in berimor (hawe supplies)??-thx
when klick on building , just show circle with little green mark on right side-bug?

it's level 4-must can upgrade on 5 but-nop

Got the same problem here on UK1 server. Going to report to support but know wont get a response until morning.

Was going to build loads overnight, now will have to use skip times in the morning which I didn't want to do!

Added at 01:21 - Tried contacting support and told me an error occurred contacting them and to try again later!

Added at 01:23 - Mine seems to be working now.
