Same thing is happening to me. Spent over 400 token twice to get the 3 points and didn't get any.

i wonder if the next "fix" will wipe out the winter event totally?  i envy those that got the top prizes before the big SNAFU screwed it up for the rest of us.

i didn't spend any of my tablets yet but i sure enough took a screen shot of my points before i started hitting the nomads and i'm going to take a screen shot of my tablets when i'm done before i go to work and send it to them. they're gonna do something. i will be mad if i can't spend my tablets before the nomads leave because they don't fix it. this is really crap.

thats only if you are able to send support a message 99% of the time you get a convenient error that they neglect to respond to about that as well

I've already attacked about 8 times and barely noticed this same problem, kinda sucks that had to wait all weekend for the Nomads to appear and then i probably wont even get these rewards now. Hopefully yall can fix the problem, thanks.

when i sent the email to support it said there was an error but i still got an email saying they got it

your server doesn't have the problem.  it's usa1 server that is affected.    i get kicked offline every 5-10 minutes so am constantly refreshing and still have not got the event points.

What makes this matter worse is that i cannot just stop attacking because i need the coins with FC's right around the corner.

why would anybody just stop attacking though you get tablets and once the event starts working again rack in a bunch of points by buying terras.

i don't buy the terracota soliders for the points for the ice  i buy lpb it's exactly 950
