"What is a noble house?
What does a noble house look like?
What are the advantages of it?"

Welcome to the forums!

The Noble House will allow your Alliance to create its own Coat of Arms, much like the Coat of Arms that you use for your personal castle. This will let you show off your Alliance colours to all the players who encounter you

the noble house costs a ton of resources and does absolutely nothing for you or your alliance.
