Please check the Official Announcements section for more information about this topic. We'll be resolving the problem this morning, and later on in the day, providing a package to players that didn't have access to the Nomads event after the update.

I'm not sure why people are saying they're getting desertions because the Nomads aren't here yet? What happened to good old fashioned looting?

Most people rely on nomads and samurais to feed their troops as looting players can not sustain enough. A lot of people don't have many dead accounts near them so they can't get enough food.

Now putting ANOTHER offer for chests and % boost is really rubbing peoples noses in it don't you think, at least stop the % boost offers as we have no Nomads to use them on lol

From experience. You will not get another day added to the contest, you will just get a gift chest for 1000 tokens if i remember correctly.

Great, GGS decides to screw us over with an apparently useless update, according to people over at the update discussion page, then they decide they're going to waste everyone's time, troops and coins as they take virtually forever to fix it. But you know what, let's ignore all of that, here's the thing that kills it for me: THEY PUT UP THE RUBY NOMAD TROOP TENT. Without the nomads. And you know what else they try to pull off? They try to sell us the tools WITH RUBY OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS! It's like they're not even trying at this point.

Would love a very fast explanation as to why my alliance appears to have completed the alliance points for nomads and gained none of the prizes??????????? and 20hrs of nomads only really you are kidding aren't you gge.

Some fast talking is needed here and please don't try and say this yet to appear compensation package will come in place of the alliance points as having spoken to other alliances I'm very aware that although they do appear to have gained points for nothing they haven't cleared so many that they cant gain at least some of the alliance prizes.

deeply unimpressed, its getting harder to justify the behaviour of gge to my alliance members, i'd rather not spend my afternoon trying to explain this one to them so get some answers coming this way fast.

Oh I'll give you a quick explanation: They're too lazy and incompetent to actually do a proper update and get it right. Apparently all alliances are experiencing this, so another great great job by GGS, as usual.

Here's a quick solution for them in case they're still scratching their heads: 1) Reset alliance scores. 2) Reset the time to 3 days or whatever it was meant to be, and add the lost time to the Ice Champ.

WHAT IS THIS CRAP????? Can one of you 'support' guys tells me where the money actually goes that we put into this game????

So far it just seems like a laptop gets thrown into a cage full of monkey at a zoo, then after 20 mins thats what get released as a fix or an update.
