Having an opinion isn't, but BSing and Arsekissing is just noobish and I didn't like it so sabo'd, but don't worry, Tom doesn't mind because it's only pixels.

Your the one who says 'Not to care about pixels'
For starters, your sabotage is relateable to a issue right here right now. It's the sign of your smashing me down, not what's happening in the game.
Tom Tom, to stuff your words right back into your mouth, here are a few points:

1) You're a low level, and thus it's understandable that you cannot comprehend why the higher leveled people are feeling - You would not understand how we require time skips for events like Storm or sams or even the nomads themselves, nor do you understand the need for a steady source of income from the nomads to keep up with the ridiculous Techni-robber, nor the need for horsetails to do well in FC's, and these are all things exclusively provided by the nomads, so when you mess this up, you mess up all other aspects of GGE gameplay

2) Spend a little more time researching their website. They have over 1.2k employees working there, and apparently lots of spaces for new ones too. Please now tell me why they still "lack" the manpower even with this number of employees. What, is it that they "can't" dedicate a decent fraction of those employees into support? No! The simple answer is that they don't care, they don't care to put more people in support, people in support don't care about, you know, actually giving support.

3) Good job ang for the sabs, now if only we could get the Storm Lord to give him a nice title to go with a burning castle ;)

Tomtom we work for our gifts so yes we are pissed why else are we complaining your just a Ahole there thats my opinion of you. But at least now i found my daily sabo buddy :)

You think defending GGE will get you anywhere think again it wont.They do not care if you spend 1000 pounds a week on the game and if any losses come they stick the finger up at you. but then again looking at your castles your an amazing player you must spend millions on your account wish i had it. even your glory title is amazing god please tell me how to become you. oh wait yeh thats right sit about doing f all and lick some GGEs asses.

I play because I've made connections here that I don't want to lose. Right now, as many others are, I'm contemplating the idea of leaving the game already. And if GGE one day takes out the alliance chat and takes out the PMs, I'm outta here

you know I dont think these last load of posts are very constructive - they are making light of the issues we are trying to address.  If you want GGS to treat our comments, feelings and posts seriously then perhaps we should keep the bickering off the thread.  Of course not everyone is going to have the same opinions, and that's all well and good, and yes, feelings are running high at the present time, but be constructive in your comments rather than just tearing into each other

Fair enough. I've had my fair share of ranting and GGS and others (I would put a sarcastic comment here relating to tomtom but I'm not going to in light of my abidance of your post), so I'm just going to stop it

Just emailed the support team the following:-

Dear Rebecca (or whoever receives it),
 
Thank you for your email which I note took 3 days to respond to my original email. This is not just about the problems that effected the start of the Nomad event as you state in your reply, these are issues which impacted on the whole of the severely reduced Nomad event and as a consequence of receiving no in event alliance rewards the following Foreign Lords and Samurai events were also curtailed as effective competitions.
 
To start with the issues that I have personally are that I had 12 hours of bonus time bought for the Nomad event not the 6 hours that you have responded with. I have received no in game alliance rewards for the Nomad event and as a consequence the following 3 events (2 Foreign Lord and 1 Samurai events), were also adversely affected.
 
You as a company are providing a service and as a loyal customer who plays the game far too much for my wife's liking I also spend a great deal of money on the game and in return I feel that I and all other players receive a shoddy customer service when things go wrong which unhappily is far too frequent for my and I'm sure your liking.
 
I have been monitoring the sequence of events on the game forum and was initially placated by assurances made by the monitors, mainly someone called Steve that GGS were seriously looking at the problems and would as he put it be compensating players fully for all the inconvenience. This was supposed to happen this Monday past, the 15th February. We now hear today almost a week after the initial problem this time round that there will be no such package, as it is apparently too difficult.
 
I have to inform you now that the whole situation and the GGS reaction to it and subsequent dealings with their customers has been shoddy and inadequate. This is not a matter of compensation in the first instance, although some form of compensation is the very least that you should be considering, this is a matter of customers not receiving what they have paid for.
 
Personally for me this is probably one problem and shoddy response too far, I shall await the response to this email and also take the next few days to consider my position. It may be that I may have to take a view on both my continuing position as a customer and also whether any legal enquiry is justified.
 
Yours, a very disgruntled customer...


I suggest everyone here that is unhappy with either the original problem last week or the wholly inadequate GGS response takes advice from Steve as detailed in this thread and also emails support.


In relation to TomTom and his comments above, take it easy playmates, he as a fellow customer in entitled to his viewpoint. My view on his point is this, Tom has either very little experience in dealing with customer service per se or had not been playing long enough to have experienced the previous GGS lack of valuing customer opinion. In any event Tom's viewpoint means nothing to me as he cannot address the issues I have raised and also the issues which many others have raised.

Yep. It appears that everyone who has complained is slowly getting the same reply we keep seeing posted on the forums. Support are logging you off your accounts, putting 25 x 5hr skips in there and then emailing you telling you to "Enjoy playing".

Pathetic response from them which doesn't come close to compensating everything we worked hard to achieve.

Whilst it is not possible for us to individually compensate every player with all the prizes it was not possible for them to earn, we have credited your account with 25 “5 hour” time skips for you to use towards the next event of your choice or for any other purpose.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions or concerns.

yep your still more of a noob then a level 6 because those rose tinted glasses are still on, mine shattered after level 20 when I saw someone who joined the day before get to level 70 in a day and tom before you reply to me use your brain as if you type rubbish your going to keep getting put down.
