I am not sure if this was a mistake in the latest update, but my daily task tab is gone. Will it come back?

I have seen previous discussion on this topic that it comes and goes...but I have played the game for a long time and this has never happened before..

I think it's one of GGS experiments, for instance I didn't have the daily log-in rewards until I was lvl 30 or something. Ask @CM Arcanine

all thie messing about with daily tasks is pants.

If there is no daily tasks people wont be encouraged to attack towers in all the kingdoms and the game will have less interest.
also the daily rewards are important to most long term players. it gives you game form which will disapear if the daily tasks dont exist.

for god sake GGE bring them back you keep messing around with the game and this is not a good idea.

ON top of that what the hell does the white number on top of the quest book mean? we all seem to have different numbers and they dont appear to mean anything.

the white number is the number of total quests in all kingdoms....

Some people in my alliance have daily tasks, but the rewards... 100 ruby is the best reward, the other rewards are just wood tools. No soldiers, no ruby tools.

So apparently what was happening is that the old tasks disappeared during the first "day" of the changeover, and the new ones only appeared at the start of the next day. Clumsy, but seemingly sorted now. Anyone still not getting them these days hence, time to panic now, I guess.
