why are so many people leaving the game ,could it be a lack of customer service or gge avarice;
game used to be fun now is a cash cow

The biggest problem is GGE Support dont have the tools to do the job they need to.
They have to use words to divert the blame then make out like the issue doesn't exist.
Only time anything is done is when you receive the message with ' Spoke to my supervisor'.
So they can do things they just refuse to do it.

They don't understand customer service, basic concepts of software development and have an absolutely shocking disconnect with us. I guess management should take ultimate blame as their inability to lead properly filters down for all of us to see in a pretty blatant way.
