Hey guys,

Just to let you know, it'd be much appreciated if you could give us continuous constructive feedback on things, rather than just 'I Support This'. I get the intention behind it, but it really makes it more difficult to find the actual key points.

Overall, I understand where you're coming from and I'll make sure that your voices are heard.

Really well you say our voices are "heard" but WHEN!? In my couple of months playing, I have never heard you take into fact any constructive criticism we have to offer!. I refuse to buy gems until you fix this and I hope offers do as well you are adding updates we don't want!!!. Listen to the community ask us and take into mind what we do have to say! after all, we are the once keeping the GGE server going!. I am not trying to flame you but chances is it you will also completely skip over this and not because you missed it. Ask us what we think of new updates or what updates we would like to see this issue can be resolved as a simple straw pool!.

 I don't care how it happens but you need a way to know what we think before you add an update!. This will stop the uselessness of unnecessary updates that you guys probably will never fix or listen to the community about. We get it you/your team work on these updates but it is not worth rolling them out if no one wants it! You need to fix this otherwise GGE will fall in players and in quality THE SAME WAY that Goodgame mafia did.

Please please please listen to use I have been playing Goodgame for a while and I hope I don't have to move over to a  new game please take into account criticism! GGE is a great game and I hope you can please keep it that way!

I support this.

Many people have been treated shockingly by customer services and the recent nomads fiasco has done nothing to create a more positive view about the customer support (so far touch wood i have no personal issues with customer support).

The decision makers at good game studio need to start looking at things from our perspective from time to time, many people have given constructive , allbe it negative feed back on issues ranging from the volume of bugs that need fixing, the duration / frequency of events , the fact that the construction yard can't be demolished etc. etc. yet our opinions don't seem to count one bit as we get told thats how it is / we have no plans to change it etc. how about meeting us halfway on some issues.

The nomad fiasco has been poorly handled and many are unhappy with the ''compensation'' package, learn from this , handle major issues better.

Empty promises and placatory noises from the moderator REALLY don't help!

Steve says roughly same thing every week. you voices will be heard well unless they are
all deaf in goodgamegreed they ain't taken any notice.

Next month Steve will say same words when we have another update no one wants.
fix the bloody bugs and take notice.
