I am not the only play now concerned about the direction this companies it going in.
Lets hope in these 'meetings' they are discussing steps on how to apply customer service skills to there staff members.
This went from a complaint from thousands about 1 event - to a complaint about the way we are treated from so called 'Customer Support'.
This issue will not go away. Just wish I was better with words - Id gladly waste the money I would of out in wasting time with head office face to face.

GGE seem to go with the "ostrich syndrome" it does not matter how many people complain, they just stick their collective heads in the sand (or is up their own a*ses) and hope the problem goes away !! Typical of their thinking is this forum, a subject that a lot of people are concerned about is the daily tasks. The new changes are rubbish !! but the post with this just slips down the pages. I think GGE post bogus comments to make stuff they do not want to hear about disappear!!

Goodgame Studios - You'll notice I deleted a load of my troops yesterday. I am currently logging in (not very often) to keep a skeleton defense force alive. I refuse to take part in your game at the moment.
