Probably worth writing a short summary of events as explanation in case they've not been following.

Here goes...
On Thursday the 11th of February Nomads were meant to arrive, however, on UK1 server and a few others, they did not. Already there was a problem, as Nomads and Samurai's help a lot towards ice points, and losing time on these events severely damaged most players hopes of achieving the ice castellan.
When the event did go live on the 12th, it was only for 22 hours and the Alliance points form last time were still there, meaning many alliance couldn't earn the rewards, most importantly time skips, severely damaging all hopes of completing the ice event in the next event.
To begin with, GGS' support was respectable, offering a compensation package to all those affected, however no such action was taken and now affected players must email support for a measly reward of 25 5 hour time skips-a fraction of what we are owed.
At the start, frustration was purely because of lost time, now it is down to GGS' appalling customer service. Steve cannot be blamed for this, but they have taken more than a week to go back on themselves and give us an appalling "compensation" Many players, customers, have felt they have been ill treated and disregarded, even though many have pent a great deal of money on this game.
Currently, on UK1 there is a ruby boycott and a boycott of player vs player hits.
We ask other servers to join us against GGS's as we will not stand for this any more!
