I created a new account and don't wanted a email for it.in US1 server i received a message to add a email for account but i didn't received a message like that in ASIA1.please help : (

My user name is WinterFell in ASIA1.

Hello Relis,

Did you also check your spam folder in your e-mails?
If it isn't there, I think you have to ask the support for help because usually you have to ask them if you lose or don't receive anything. Maybe they can try to send you the e-mail again

Just that I don't understand you wrong: Do you mean you have no e-mail adress? If that's the problem, you have to get one and it should work...

Or do you have an account and no e-mail for this (I haven't heard about this yet, but ok)? In this case, you would take your email and write to the support. Use the email you want to use for the empire account and tell them the name of the account. There will be a few questions to your account like how much Rubies you have and so on, so that they can be sure that you are the real owner of the account.

Well that's not nice at all @Relis (ASIA1). These folks were just trying to help you out. I would recommend you go ahead and contact support about getting the email address tied to your account.
