Mates,  plz check the screen capture.
-first one is remained time and the second is rubies requirement to complete.

I have a lv23 account. when i try to complete the buildings with rubies, the requirement of quantities are too higher than i expect.

I can't understand why.

So I mailed to ask to fix the problem 2-3times, but they never replied neither fixed the issues.

I am asking to mates whether it is legit and i'm just blaming with nothing.

There are two different options :

1, Using rubies to complete the time required for upgrade ( Looks about right via picture)
2,Using 'Time Skips' to decrease the time until time taken to complete is 0 or minimum 10 minutes.

There so high because gge know that impatient players exist, Its a method to get them to pay them for rubies so they can advance through the game quicker. But as you can see by my signature, thats not always the case.

it's legit to use rubies for everything, just don't misclick on it

The rubies needed to complete a building instantly is directly related to the amount of time remaining until it is complete. Their is nothing out of the ordinary with the figure shown in your screenshot.
