why does gge not communicate with its costumers? support doesnt answer, forum doesnt answer. Please take care of your communication with your costumers next couple of weeks/months before launching a new update. No updates please!!! Theres probably so many tickets at cs that they are months behind in answering and fixing problems.

Their response is slow, so you have to wait.

i know, so they better first solve all the problems they have now and answer all the thousends of tickets they have now before launching any update with a new event or building. Let next updates be just bugfixing updates please, no more bug-bringing updates till you solved al those problems youre having now.

you can either send an email/ticket to customer support or find a big solid wall and start banging your head against it.

Both ways will give you a massive headache and waste your time.

But make sure that the wall doesn't become ugly.
