Last night we were contacted by another alliance who warned us that their members were connected to our alliance chat box and could read ongoing discussions.
This is the second time this has happened in the last ten days.

Is anyone else having similar issues ?

Someone must be sending information from your alliance to them.
You have a spy.

Only member of an alliance can see the chat.

Someone must be sending information from your alliance to them.
You have a spy.

Only member of an alliance can see the chat.

Luckily this was an alliance we have a verbal NAA with who contacted us immediately.
But no, not a spy, their member, logged into their own account, but the one members chat box was showing our alliance chat as opposed to their alliance chat.

No, its for real, nl server has same bug, its been send to cs but like Always no answer. we had russian chat in our dutch chat, we were warned that our chat was in chat other alliances, its a bug again so be carefull what you say in the chat

Same over here. I had a player that wasn't even on the world map in my chat. I could see it but nobody else in the alliance could see it. You lot are lucky that the players are on the world map.

Did have similar issues, a player reported seeing someone else's chat after last update

yep, i can confirm Elux Lucis chat was available to both view and join in via a member of my alliance who was in both chats at the same time

I had the same only it was german chat talking about the new beri and how rubbish it was. a simple fresh of the game sorted it though

Thanks for all the information about this! It's definitely a priority problem for us to resolve, and the team are already on it. I'll let you know once we have some more information!

I reported this bug to GGS months ago (it's getting worse, it seems) when a player contacted me to tell me that they were seeing our chat. A week later, GGS got back to me to say that they know about it, and if I could get a screenshot of what another player was seeing in their chat a week ago, they'd look into it.

It's not a new problem, it's not an unreported problem, it's just apparently a worsening problem.

Its a shame GGE employees don't read alliance chat, they might actually realise how Peed off so many players are becoming.
