Just seen your post as I was expecting to be rewarded with my construction things Thursday/Friday in my time zone.

Now I find out that the construction items you PROMISED us are NOT going to be rewarded!? They where the only reason I even went into BERI! I'd rather get all my tools back and troops I spent hitting watch towers.

All because "One thing to note however, is that the Top 100 reward may be a bit different to the original reward. Since it's not technically possible for us to give Construction Items to players (other than through the event format itself), the Top 100 for 70+ players has been altered to contain Troops instead. (Good troops, don't worry!)"

After your mistake I stoped even doing the event because I was told "That being said, we are aware that a lot of users were in the top spots on Sunday, when the event was originally intended to end, that may not be in those spots now. As such, the current plan is to deliver the additional rewards for these players as follows, on Thursday."

I figured why should I break my neck when this had been stated.

Also what a laugh telling us "good troops" and not even saying what they are.

Total BS and I am going to call you on it. It is your game you can implement anything you want to.

well i finshed first on the sunday and ended up finishing second on the wednesday and am still yet to recieve my first place stuff and am just being ignored by em. gave them screenshot evidence and still nothing.

where is my first place rewards?

Yep Ultra I was on Bear on my server I don't have the helmet but the chestplate and none of the construction things. Also I didn't even get the troops. I got samurai horrors that was it.

hey there, first of all, for top50 we should receive a berimond blue helmet called bearhead or something, with ranged attackpoint and not a melee harnas as you can see i got awarded today .

i dont want this and i want the helmet with ranged points i was suppose to get. all of the members in my alliance also have the same problem and the next thing is i did not get anything for top100 not even the 200 vet demons? so plz, fix it right. not so kind regards, karim

Okay, this was i was looking for as an example.. (in general, nothing against Swifty)

So a player that was 1st on Sunday and second on Wednesday, can ask for his Sunday reward.

But do you find something particular here..
Same player behind receiving Wednesday top 50 and top 100 prizes, can claim for his first prize on Sunday!.

And, i was on top 50, and top 100 Sunday and top 50 and 100 on Wednesday, and only receive Wednesday prizes!
No double prizes they say!
However some players have the right to receive two kind of prizes..

I see two weights and two measures here, and things were not deal on the same way!

Players like me, should receive at least today`s prize also!

So they FINALLY hand out some rewards - but give everyone the WRONG Armor piece so its doesn't complete the Bear or Lion set they were after.

but then again, ytou really are F-ing up bigg time last couple of weeks ggs and not just on the dutch sevrer as exposed here,,,

I see what you getting at - none of these are the customers fault.

All the problems come from GoodGame Studios themselves - Once again you go in search on middle ground and get it all wrong. For something like this to work correctly GoodGame Studios have to give more back to the customers rather than going to search of the bare minimum they can get away with.

It should of of just been Sunday rewards followed by Wednesday rewards (at an extended range) Their fault ALL customers should benefit but once again GoodGame Studios took the higher ground showing a lack of compassion over virtual items - GoodGame Studios literally dont want to spend time doing the right thing.

This will be proven as it will land on deaf ears.
