Ok, you are all in for a laugh at this one. GGS has now decided they will just not bother giving out due rewards for events. For the second event in a row I have not received the deco for winning,(in the last FI I got no rewards for any of the placings). However in this one I at least managed to get the level 9 gem and vet horrors for top 5 and 20 placings respectively. However, still no sign of the deco.
Now, I can understand there are bugs, and things like this happen. However, it gets better. Some of the players here in our alliance got the rewards, and some haven't. Literally a lottery if you get the alliance rewards, and what you get it would seem. An absolute joke from GGS. As I am aware, the dutch server is also suffering from this problem, but it as far as I have seen, has only affected the winning alliances of the the events, and has such flown under the rader.
Normally this wouldn't be a problem, we would send of tickets to support, argue with them for a while after they call us liars, and eventually get what we are due. Not one player has received a response from support, despite the tickets being loged for more than 3 days at this stage. I haven't even received the automatic ticket number yet from support. It seems gge has elected to remain quiet on this issue and screw over their best customers, those alliances who have a collective buying power to win events such as the sams and FI.
Since I, nor any member of my alliance has received any response from support on this matter, I have been forced to raise it here on the forums in the hope I can get a CM to look in to it. The fact this bug has taken place over TWO events is completely unacceptable and needs to be a priority fix.

I totally agree with you on the customer service side. It massively lacks.
So far I have received an e-mail with 48 hours during the week , but they do tend to blame you and offer no help - Apparently others have had little success I am not one of those.
You will be told they can fix and also update at the same time due to it being two different sections of the company, but those sections need to join forces and fix what they have before its all to late.
