Hi everyone,

I have now put this up as a warning to you all, and i am personally shocked and disgusted as this is potentially a serious breach in ggs's firewall.

I have sent emails to support recently, as have had several issues, now one of these emails this morning has ended up in the spam folder of one of my alliance members and god only knows who else.

From now untill ggs investigate this i suggest you all be careful in dealing with support via email support.

Now steve if you are reading this, then i suggest you get onto technical in regards to this as this is a serious breach as i am not contacting via email support until i know it is safe to do so.

Unfortunately he said he has deleted this email in spam by accident not thinking, but i suggest that people check there spam folders in there emails to make sure this isn't wide spread not just for my sake but your own too, as if it has happened more than just me this could be a serious security breach.

Apologies for the delay, had work and have only just got back, as i stated before he had deleted the email in his spam not thinking but it was to do with the horror offer and rubie offer issue, so was one of 2, eva the email confirmation from yourselves on the thread which was named (gge now into ripping people off) or was my email to support in regards to the glitch offer and me not recieving which is ticket number:

He said it was to do with the horrors, eva way he said it had my email details etc etc... now if was the email to support then it has a screenshot of my purchase in paypal so would therefore be showing them details ie payment email etc with in it.

which ever one it was it is showing my email etc which is personal information, he said he just deleted it because of that, as realised upon reading it had my details and was like i said to do with the above.

If you need to clarify with the member of my alliance that recieved the email it is george59, who has commented on the above mentioned thread about the issue, I hope that it is just the one isolated incident, some may not see it as a big deal, but its personal information that shud not of been shared and who knows what else could of been shared.

Hope you can get to the bottom of this Steve, and for obvious reasons shall not contact support any further until it is investigated and resolved incase it happens again.

Just a thought but if he deleted it from the folder then it usually just gets moved to the trash folder where he may be able to recover the email.

That is a good point, shall ask him about that unless thats what he meant he fully deleted it, we shall see. but yes always forget about that one that it moves to the trash folder.

hi swifty -I would "regardless" of gge action recommend installing a programme called malwarebytes on your pc - just simply to ensure there is no risk of malware or spyware hidden in your own pc -

Just having a look into this, there's nothing at all that we can see that suggests any technical problems. Our system shows that all tickets between you and our support team have been exactly that way, between you and the support team. If your friend did receive an email, it's possible that it's a subscription to your thread as mentioned above.

We're taking this seriously and we've analyzed every aspect of this situation and can see nothing on our end. If you have any proof from your friends side, we'd gladly look into it for you, but right now it looks like everything is fine.

Hi mike,

cheers on advice defo will do that anyway, but even then i cant see how he had an email gge regarding me at the time he hadn't commented on anything in regards to my threads, i don't have his personal email, so i personally can't see it being malware for that reason as i personally don't have his email address. But to be safe there is no harm in checking for malware anyway.

Don't i agree, its getting beyond a joke and quite frankly they just cover things up, also a customer should not need to keep doing screenshots too because ggs are scam artists, and automatically say screw you.

So basically you are saying, screw you like the other things, no 1st place beri as promised for winning the original that glitched and didn't end on the sunday, screwing me with the offer and covering it up, now this.

Yet still have nothing from beri, the offer now this which is serious issue your just basically leaving it at that because like i said unfortunately he had deleted the email as it was personal to another member. now like usual your all just sweeping it under the carpet not good enough quite frankly. how the hell you still have customers amazes me as we get treat like sorry to say this like crap off the bottom of ya shoe, at very least whatever you cock up you should compensate in someway as a sorry at the very least, infact just a sorry we have messed up even. but no like everything else you deny and sweep under the carpet well im sorry not good enough.

So bout time something gets done.
