After the countless bugs that have personally effected me - took my hard earned money and time.
The bugs persist!

How can I participate in the spring event plus beri event when  there is nothing to hit.

If there was a 'declare' button - I would use it..

gge support team hi ultra theres no problems are end must be you doing something wrong p.s we got forgot to mention we ended the event 9 hours to early for you as we wanted to annoy more players

on a serious note though thats not on yet another bug 2 players in my alliance having same issue i personally have had the spring event has ended pop up 6 times now so that is another glitch they need to sort will screenshot its next occurence to prove as no gge will nt take my word for it

I have been in and out all day - posting on forums more than playing finally get home and boom another smack in the teeth,

Pretty sure the data they have will show i am owed plenty of points sprint event & gallantry.

I have to find solace that Im not the only one - I am not messaging support - they are useless in my opinion , messaged @CM Arcanine to see what he suggests only good thing GoodGame Studios have going for them.

My Berimond Camps disappeared and didnt come back - Then the event ended . 3 good hours of points missed .
I was 10th in Spring ... Not any more courtesy of GoodGame Studios.

Ouch, really put a downer on your event,

As for this spring event i dont even know haha, im sitting at 327,

Sams-We didnt have our skips, got them 2 days ago now, at the most useful time
Beri Invasion-Lose armies quicker than i can rebuild, nevermind tools, just a god awful event imo (apart from ore)
Foreign Invasion-Annoying the way its, you get your points once, so if you get a 300k hit, you get 6 points but lose loads of troops, and if you get terrible castles, possibly joint second worse event in the game

I understand your frustration TeamXtreme was there too.

Hoping @CM Arcanine  or the new moderator @Wicked"  can shed some light on this problem as even though the event has ended my annoyance has continued ..

Hey Ultra,

Unfortunately there's nothing that I can personally do about this via the forums. All I can recommend is contacting our Support Team about this issue, as it seems to be an individual issue rather than a global scale problem. They'll take a look into it and see what they can do, but sadly there's not much that I can personally do about this problem.

Thanks for the response @CM Arcanine  but GoodGame Studios have the worst customer support I have ever come across..
Please pass on a personal message to Benjamin - 'Please learn how to deal with customers send your team on some classes , you have created the worst customer support team I have ever seen -Regards ' 

I will message them .. Along with a deadline before I delete my account.
Then I will spend my spare time 'Replacing the Karma ' because its like talking to a brick except the brick wall has more personality and serves an actual purpose.' I feel bad for the brick wall now.

We understand GGS have a wide range of different games, so therefore you have support doing it all, but you see, all companies would hire more people to cover more work, so their customers arent sat here like ducks in a pond.

We've seen you make some good changes this week but each update you bring into the game brings double the bugs it had before, don't you guys over there have the decency to test these a couple of times to make sure they run smoothly and not further break the game we pay you for basically?

Also appreciate you've brought someone in here to give you an extra hand steve as  its extremely needed.

@CM Arcanine As I post here rather than support due to the lack of faith I have with them would appreciate any effort to get my Ticket looked at. Apologies in advance to ever one else who has tickets in..

Hello there!
a pity this happend towards you,
and i feel your frustration.
As ultra said they do test them, but there are always small things they obvious don't see aswell. i assume Steve is busy with this now seeing you gave him the ticketnumber.
