Again what you say and what you do is a whole different matter. Tell your gamers/customers they will get there reward on the thursday after the glitched event finished yet still waiting. Full refund of all the rubies purchased that weekend will be refunded whether you do the decent thing now or i force you through consumer credit service/ trading standards.

So long as your pockets are being lined you dnt give a damn, and you have just proved this out right. You ignore ya customers, as I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER but thats gone out the window, as i am not lining the pockets of scam artist. Shall be sending an email now to comsumer and trading standards as give you every oppportunity and i will be getting my money back as evidence is there.

Never known a company to treat there customers like a piece of crap off the bottom of there shoe like you lot at ggs, and quite frankly your greed is going to be your downfall and your blind to it.

They cant give transparency as it seems like they don't actually understand how to deal with customers.

Yes at some point they do respond.. But they should give a 'turnover' scale - not just we will get to it when we can its unprofessional - Which they keep insisting they are.

They need to honour Bug glitches on purchases what ever and use this as an incentive to fix them in the first play - Even if you have to remove the rubies and place in a negative - At least then balance is restored.

I also was a paying customer - by looking t the data in my account you will see a dramatic drop. - All this is down to the poor communication which has been acknowledged yet nothing has been done so far.

I have always tried to keep my post clean in respect of GoodGame Studios but the respect should go both ways .

Apparently If i carry on to pursue what is rightly owed. My account will automatically be banned.
So after days and says of constant messaging wasting my time trying to come to a mutual resolution which GoodGame Studios have not event attempted - I will now be automatically banned.

As GoodGame Support said to me... I am treating this as a threat. Your threatening myself to drop a case against or you will ban my account .. If that doesn't sum up GoodGame Studios has a terrible customer service structure then I dont know what will.

Yes it's wrong mate and we shouldn't even had to go that far, my account got suspended for puruing it, now re-instated it as closed the case with paypal, but clearly stated on it that was forced to. Like you say it somes them up, and i don't even believe there attempting to resolve these endless issues nore do i think they will, but down the line more and more people will leave the game and they will of shot themselves in the foot as people won't buy rubies as will be hardly an actively playing, yes won't happen overnight but there game will go under and profits will be slashed. This is no longer a game that will last years and years down the line, because there customers will go elsewhere and this is a fact. When greed takes over a company it becomes there downfall especially where gaming is concerned.

How they warrant treating us all the way they do as good customer service amazes me.

Well if they think i am gonna just keep my gob shut they have another thing coming, as they have by far crossed over that line.

It will, they will kill there own game, this is a fact waiting too happen yes wnt be overnight but they wanna see how much of a difference there is in active players now and next year, there will be a big decrease. there already is now

Im still in game - Surely they dont want to add suspending me for my right to reclaim whats rightfully mine.
So they blackmailed your ? Lets see if they try that with me.

Just will give me more time to dispute - we can all waste each others time.
I have spent a bit of cash playing this game - but it is just that a game.
Another company will just take my money. Such as the competition .

My claim also has been completed with the payment of some wishing well pennies they put in without even asking, I have told them to remove them as i don't want this crap compensation, all i asked for was the rubies or the carts/tools i used in berri nothing more and got some wishing well pennies, pmsl well I would if i was not so mad.
