I have been suspended now for two days and await reply on two tickets. I have no idea what so ever why I'm suspended. How long before I get an answer as to why and suspension lifted.

In the meantime I'm missing out on comps and losing 1000's of troops won by alliance in comps due to hunger. Will I be compensated for this as I have done nothing wrong?

I know this has happened to loads of other people out there as I have seen in threads on other posts. How long were you suspended and were you told why? Did they compensate you for your loses and I expect the answer will be NO as I do with myself.

This is awful treatment of us gamers who pay their wages with our ruby buys. We should be told before hand of any suspension to be able to defend ourselves and stop suspensions if proven in favour of the user. These are ridiculous rules and treatment of us all.

Thats really horrid on GGEs side. They have no right to suspend you if you haven't violated any rules. You won't get a reply from support in the next two days, because support are completely useless. Hopefully however,
@CM Arcanine will be able to sort it out for you.

While I havn't had this happen to me, some of my friends were suspended for 15mins for apparently being suspect to using click-bot programs....all because they were recruiting and collecting taxes..

Hello there,
The office is closed in the weekend so therefor you won't get a reply on your ticket.
However as i read you are suspended for 2 days? that will mean by monday you can play again,
sadly as it is i can't do much for you in the meanwhile untill they're back open.

If you experienced any losses, send a private mail to Steve so he can help you further with it to see what could be done about it.

me being one of them, been suspended multiple times for the same reason, at first I thought some people hacked my account

this tells the game doesn't like too-active players
