ruby buyers cant be bothered to play the game properly they buy rubbies to make the game easier for them and to get ahead of normal game players and not im not leaving this game because im here to have fun

If you were playing the game "properly" as a non-buyer then you would be looting enough rubies that it wouldn't matter. You either spend time or money. I happen to consider time more valuable, apparently you consider money more valuable. We are all entitled to our own opinions, but one thing I know from being part of an alliance that went from being barely top 20 to #1, on two different servers, is that it's not achieved by whining on forums.
Fluffy Unicorns and Alchemists achieved their success by working hard. You don't see many people from either alliance wasting their time on forums, especially not to whine about being burned. Power in numbers, as they say. You call it hiding behind our alliance. I call it being on a team.

I totally sympathize But life ain’t fair.
However the true bullies tend to get their comeuppance over time.
Working to establish and grow and alliance is tough work and it is work.
You need to establish some friends that can help you respond to true bullying.
I have a mid sized alliance doing ok. but We still get hits we are in really no position to respond to. As long as they are one offs and un-targeted it is just part of the game.
When it isn't I have enough friends and former members that we suddenly can become a whole lot nastier and respond effectively. But that took time and lots of work.
However the true bullies tend to get their comeuppance over time.

Listen M8, I am the leader of small alliance of level 10-30 players
There are 17 of us and sometimes we get the big guys hitting us (by big guys I mean a low level in a top alliance who gets all the food and res he needs handed to him)
Now sometimes we don't defend their ONE attack, I emphasise one because one attack isn't bullying, I would consider 2 attacks from the same guy in a bigger alliance bullying
So when I get one of these attack I don't make a thread and whine in the froums and proceed to bump it like a complete twelvie, I repair the fires move on or counter attack, maybe you can get the hint from everyone disagreeing with you on here

'Ruby players' are the ones that keep this game afloat so you're pretty much saying no-one should be buying them..? Every browser game has in-game currency that benefits players who buy so why is Good Game Empire any different if you're so against it like Greycat suggested find another game to play else suck it up join a better alliance or merge with an alliance simple

You said earlier that you were only hearing from the larger alliances. Well, here it is from one of the smallest on US1. I am leader of a 3 person alliance. We enjoy the game in our own way.
We also get the occasional glory hit and resource hit. From the gap in time from your prior complaint to the current one, it seems you are only getting the occasional one as well. This is when you simply pick yourself up and move on. (I still have to remind one of my members about this. He gets a bit upset when ANY of us get hit, then loses all his attack troops on a failed counter-attack..........)
Most of the points that I would make have already been made. At the end of the day, it IS up to us to make it less attractive to hit us. HOW? 2 of us now have 100+ fire reduction castilians (fire casts). 2 of us have the under 70 Ice Cast, and I am working on getting the 70+ Ice Cast now. (3 weeks to go, and on target 
)
Most of those who hit us, do it once and move on. Some even message to say "it was just a glory hit", and a couple even send resources or gifts after.
Again, this IS part of the game. Who knows, once I get a strong enough commander and the 5th wave, I just might start hitting random players for food/resources/glory/honor as well.
It IS fun doing it on the test server.............

stop the friggin moaning and play the game, learn how to defend yourself or move on to another game.
If you're below lvl 50 it's unfair when a lvl 70 attacks you. but he will lose honor if he does..... if you're above lvl 50 you're allowed to play with the big boys. so you might get hurt once in a while.. if you're lvl 70.. STOP CRYING about higher leg lvls.. just work harder to obtain them yourself
Players that buy rubies play the game just like you. all they have is some advantages you don't have....... unfair??? nah... they paid for it. you want those same advantages. you'll have to buy rubies too
If you don't want to do that. STOP WHINING about it being unfair they have the advantages
You say you want to have fun??? Well. go have some fun. and let others have their own fun even though they might get the fun out of attacking you for whining tooo much!!!!!

funny that becuase most of you have said that but even though ive had numerous mass attacks done to me im still here playing and they have given up and i will continue to be that way.
