Hey Guys n Gals...

today in our alliance, a couple of non ruby buying team members have had a large amount of their rubies just 'disappear'....is GE taking them back? Is it a glitch? Can they be reimbursed??

Am sure we will hear of more rubies 'disappearing'...weird.

Non ruby buying members really covet their rubies and hardly ever spend them....so there is no reason to doubt their claims, one amount was 1500 and another 20k.....that really is a lot.

What is to be done?

yeah it might take months but if you email on Monday you get a responds by friday

Today I bought 9- ,400 rubies on the special - for my account and two other members of my alliance. The other two accounts are fine so far, but my account has now dropped to 1,540 rubies and I only spent 2,000 for the penny wishing well. That is a loss of almost 6,000 rubies in a few hours.

I am NOT buying rubies again - This is the second time this months this has happened only the last time all three accounts lost the rubies - so I replaced them today only to have mine disappear NEVER AGAIN - I'll take the loss one time, but this time I haven't even been on the computer and they go missing -

If you notice any problems with your rubies you will have to contact support and explain them your situation,
they can help you any further regarding this issue.

On the other side: it really wasn't that smart to admit in public that you are using three accounts.

Yeah, not super smart indeed. We do track the use of in game currency very closely, so support will be able to identify exactly what happened. That being said, they are behind atm so the response time is slower than usual.

To be fair,

If he put the rubies on a paypal acount for the person if they are a reso player. I know of this happening to put rubies into peoples accounts so they could get watchtowers

Much the same as people rtransfering Machs/Slits/Firemoats across in RV's but you cant tranfer a watchtower to someones main etc

Doesnt sound like that is what he has done however.... Out and Out multi and even money not a huge amount will be done.
