So the Berimond event is here again. Question for GGE though - How about resolving issues related from the LAST time this event was around? We are still waiting for a response from support, let alone any possibility of a compensation!!!!

What issue? the equipment one?

IF you were top 50 you got the right piece, if you were top 100 you got the specific rewards to it.The compensation items were already sent and as CMArcaine stated , as far as they know they sent it to all.And if you got the wrong piece of eq forget about getting the right one, it's a mistake that will take to much time to solve so they just gave up.I remember seeing an official message, will post it here when I find it !

I'm not quite sure what you're referring to here. As @merlinx (GB1) has mentioned  above, we already sent out the compensation items for the most recent Berimond issue. If you can describe the problem to me in a bit more detail, I'll get back to you
