Pieces went missing from my comms storage spare equipment
Would love to hear from others if they have lost equipment and been treated as if I'm trying to close GGS down with a massive claim to what was rightfully mine.
Now what's more confusing after a week of being told impossible for equipment to go missing in storage and that I myself deleted the equipment , to my disbelief a member of my alliance got 1 of his pieces returned as he had proof it went missing thru he purchased said piece.
Someone could maybe advise why double standards and one player got his returned, but I'm a liar and only trying to claim equipment I never had or deleted.
The game for me is messed up and how every time you contact customer support they make you out to be untrustworthy and trying to rip them off.
Never posted or used the forum so if this gets deleted I do understand , thanks to the wonderful customer support for destroying my appetite and desire for game now .

In my alliance we have had some issues with event decorations and other rewards. A large number of players did not receive theirs. Most of them got the decoration and stuff after mailing with support, others are still waiting for an answer, and some were told that we finished second.

It's pretty sad that you're experiencing such a problem, hopefully you'll solve it eventually.Because I use the forum more often than you , I'll try to answer your question .
I'm not trying to defend anyone and I want to write this post from an outer point of view(especially because I know you in-game).
If you want to blame anyone, don't blame only the GGE staff, the community has it's own fault.It all went downhill with the Nomad Issue that happened in the ice event (the one where we lost 1 day of event and we got 0 rewards). It all went like a domino/snowball effect.In that period the forum was filled with off-topic posts, GGS bashing(I am ok with feedback, but It wasn't anything close to that, and there were more than one, very annoying) and "bugs".
There were a lot of posts with players who claimed they lost troops, that they discovered bugs , or that there were security breaches.Apart from few exceptions , all of them ended with "oppss, sorry, my bad , I wasn't paying attention" or "I rushed, I should have checked better". I felt that each one of them were hoping for some compensation so they rushed to post it ASAP on the forums.
I'm not saying you did not check or anything like that.It's just that the staff lost some of their trust in the playerbase so they're being sceptical.Apart from that I guess your problem is harder to solve/detect, and in the other case it was pretty easy because they had a valid proof.In your case my guess is that the game engine isn't build to find this kind of errors and if it does, it's probably pretty time consuming.If in the support message they told you that you might have sold it (probability), this means they don't keep a record to all you do in the game, since if you would have REALLY SOLD IT by accident they would know for sure.
My sugestion is to message @Wicked and message the support again, giving extra infos, like the name, the date you got it( you can mention the last event you remember you got it)

Hey @merlinx (GB1) I had a helm from the level 30-69 berimond with a 15% CY Gem, i sent ticket to support and they said i sold this, it helped make a 90/90 with good bonuses, so i was pretty confused, could've happened late at night but i still find that highly unlikely

It never happened to me so I can't really say I know the struggle.Did the support tell you that you sold your equipment or that you may have?
A while ago the support was really fast because players used it on rare occasion and when needed, like this for example.Now it's over crowded so my advice is to keep insisting if you are 100% sure you did not sell it.
