Hi

Could, GGS please tell us why they are taking so long to reply and solve issues? It seems these days GGS is not interested to reply. Before GGS used to solve issues in no time ,now these days have to wait for weeks ,months then GGS respond.

why is it so??
Before there were too many players and GGS was solving issues in no time, but these days when players are less, GGS don`t care

Please do something before more players quit because of this

They are pretty busy, especially since people are spamming them with suport tickets.Trust me , they're not doing it on purpose, afterall this is their JOB they don't want to lose customers.

With the recent string of screw ups support was flooded with tickets. Gonna be a good few centuries for them to get through em all.

if  they  have  a lot tickets why  dont they  hair  more  people  for  this job to finish  it  fast

Hey Asu,

Merlinx hit the nail on the head there. This would never be deliberate, as we'd love to get back to you all as soon as possible. Right now however, the team are super busy with the recent backlog of tickets and are trying their best to respond as soon as they can to everyone, so there may be some delays. We'll try and deal with this, but at the moment it's looking like all we can do is ask for a bit of patience.

or maybe testing the updates before you release them like on a beta server to test it

I have just given up trying with GGE lol,started a rubie boycott and not bought rubies for a while now and guess what, I am getting random offers just for me for rubies? strange  never got them before and as they are "TOTALLY RANDOM" as GGE say yet only since I stopped buying have I got them??????????

Asked them to replace 1 thing due to the Berri cockup and they refused, well its cost them a lot and saved me a lot, working for me so far lol.

Have they really said that the personal primes are random? Cos they never have been, and every player should know that, so if they've claimed they're random before, they would've been called out on it surely? Special offers are what we know they claim to be random, and most of the time they are as far as I can tell.

Mario what you do as a ruby boycott is the only way to go , This company was perfect once , but now they are like most company , they use there site for there own propaganda, telling us all is fine support are doing there best , we treat all with respect. Where is the respect when they takes ages to respond and in some cases never, why are they taking longer to respond , because of there own cockups so more tickets , also they read from a sheet , but what it caomes down to its not are fault its yours , 

It is so sad to see so many complaints on Forum , it surpass any good they do with updates , so instead of everyone feeling happy for a new event or update , we are filled with dread of what bugs we will receive , and it takes away the momentum of playing another event . Steve job here now is purely fire fighting.

But what i do know like many companies you cant beat them on your own when they tell you you are lying or got it wrong , that is it move on.

Makes no odds to me now, I will not buy again until they refund my tools or rubies from that cockup, if they don't they lose not me,  I keep my money and they don't get it lol.

All as they had to do was return the tools I used in the berri comp which I bought with Rubies bought at the same time, they have said no and closed the call.

Makes me laugh when its pixels they are giving you back, does not cost them 1 penny to give you tools, equipment or troops so why upset the consumer  by not refunding these items when they messed the game up!!  beyond me.

There loss not mine.

you need to screen shot everything you do and send it to them unlike other another company who makes the same sort of games seems GGE doesn't at anyone else who does these things far better
